This Electronic Signature & Disclosure Consent explains how you can receive documents electronically and sign agreements digitally for our pest control services, like service contracts or monthly billing statements. Federal and Florida laws require us to provide certain information in writing, but with your permission, we can send it electronically instead. What You’re Agreeing To
By giving your consent, you agree to:
Receive all Documents related to your pest control services electronically, instead of on paper. Documents include service agreements, billing statements, disclosures, and other legally required information.
Sign agreements electronically, such as by clicking a button, checking a box, or entering your name.
Allow us to send marketing texts or calls about our services (e.g., promotions, scheduling reminders) to the phone number(s) you provide, including via automated systems, per the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
This consent applies to you and anyone else using the phone number(s) you share with us.
How Long Your Consent Lasts
Your consent remains active until:
We’ve delivered all required Documents for your pest control services, such as when your subscription ends.
You withdraw your consent (see below).
Marketing consent expires automatically if you opt out of texts or calls.
How to Withdraw Your Consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time by:
Calling 813-333-2677 and stating you’re withdrawing consent for electronic Documents or marketing communications.
Emailing alohapestco@gmail.com with your name, phone number, and a request to withdraw consent.
Replying STOP to any marketing text message to opt out of texts.
Withdrawing consent doesn’t affect services you’ve already received or legal obligations.
Your Options
You’re not required to agree to electronic delivery. If you prefer paper copies of Documents, or want a paper copy in addition to electronic ones, contact us at 813-333-2677 or alohapestco@gmail.com. We’ll provide paper copies free of charge. Save or print electronic Documents for your records.

Text message with a link to view Documents.

You confirm you can access, view, download, save, and print these Documents.
What You Need to Access Documents
To receive and view electronic Documents, you need:
A device (e.g., computer, smartphone) with internet access.
A web browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari).
A PDF reader (e.g., Adobe Acrobat).
An email account or phone number for text delivery.
A printer, if you want paper copies.
By agreeing, you confirm you have these tools and know how to use them.
Data Security
